I'm at my LHS now and they have the scx10 ii. I used to have a scx10 and I miss it. When I saw this one, it caught my interest. Just curious, do I need to build this one like I did my old one, for example flipped, mirrored transmission? Also, what electronics would you recommend? I think I used to have a castle esc and Holmes motor. Not sure if I should buy it now! Haha

Any info? Just trying to figure out if the setup is the same and I have ever to do the same things I did to my last one. Might go back to the shop later and grab it. Also, what Holmes combo would you all recommend? |

Yes you have to build it, It's a kit. There is an scx10 II electronics selection thread going on. Check that out. |

Dont think you can flip and mirror the new trans without relocating the battery. They allegedly addressed the torque twist (which is what the mirrored trans helped with) so you should be able to build it as it.
