The cross section of the tires looks proper. Doesn't look under or over stuffed.
Thanks!

The stock foams are pretty decent, but I ended up going with Lil' Nova Dual Stage 4.50” Comp Cut Standard Inner / Medium Outers.

Cheers.

Mind sharing how you secured the honcho cage to the frame? Sorry, kind of a newbie building my SCX10 II.

Trimmed the lower center section of the Honcho cage to clear the trans, and zip-tied it to the frame in a couple places. Very secure, but not permanent if I decide to change something later on.

Ah, good ol' zip ties. That what I was ready to do but thought there may be a bolt in way. Thanks!

There is, I'm the master of changing things though, and didn't want to permanently destroy two pieces.

That's what I used on my hard body Tamiya Truggy to hold the modified Axial roll cage in place. It's hung on there 3 years now.

I was perusing Tower Hobbies, as I do, and came across this little tidbit.

TowerHobbies.com | Axial AR44 Locked Axle Set Front/Rear Complete

So much easier than piecing together a set of axles, looks like Axial's just offering them as a set! Hooray!

These can go under your Cherokee build, if you haven't already thought of it...

Very cool! I wonder when the fleabay-chop-shops will make the take-offs available and what that price will stabilize at. It's available now for $161.49. LOL.

True, but I hate Jeeps. Hence why I own one. I'd consider it, but I spent all that time and energy getting the SSD's under it, so, ehhh... no. If I'm honest, I'll probably not hold onto that other Cherokee for very long.

Ouch. I wouldn't pay that much! The $67 Axial appears to be charging is a lot more reasonable.

The $67 is not for a complete axle though. It is for a housing with locker, bearings and gear. You still have to provide universals ($40) or rear shafts ($20) and chubs/knuckles ($20) or lockouts ($10) plus the bearings for those. Still not clear if diff cover and link mounts are even provided. In the end it'll still be $175+ for a set of pieced together axles.

Okay, but at least finish it... It just looks really good-I'll take it if you want...

You said there would be cats and friends. You lied. Must be a Jerp thing.

The Curried Jeep looks great though. Tempting me to get a set of those roost wheels though.

ITS JEEPZ THING YOU WONT GET. The Roost wheels are my favourites from Vanquish. I'm going to get a set of the grey ones and spray them with a little translucent gold for another build. Great looking wheel.
