| Slider options for 2.2 wheels
So I wanted to run some 2.2 BFG's but they hit the sliders. Added 7mm hexes but only slightly better. I tried turning down the endpoints but lose half the steering. I'd rather not cut them, especially since I'd lose the waterproof receiver box. Looked at moving them back bit then they'd hit the rear tires. Thought about moving them up but then COG goes up too. So maybe wheel wideners, custom sliders, or back to 1.9s? What are y'all doing? |

There’s simply not the room for them if you want to run the floor plates / sliders. IMO if you want to run 2.2s build a Bomber or Wraith, they don’t really suit a scale truck. Join the small tire bandwagon, they’re awesome!

I do like my 1.9s and plan to run them most of the time. It's just fun to be able to mix it up sometimes. |
