Just dab some WD40 on a Q-tip and mass a pass over the screws when cleaning up the rig. that should keep the rust away.

Hey, if you are going to use WD 40 on your rig this is the one you want to use, IMHO.

Corrosion Inhibitor & Control Spray - WD-40 Specialist

The description says it'll keep rust away for a year... Noob question, would I still spray it on every time?

Which radio. Not all are alike when it comes to the third channel button(s).

You'll need to tinker with end points most likely

Well, this is interesting.

I'm back! I got caught up in life and hadn't touched my trucks for about a year and a half. I've been lurking on here for a couple months now, haven't posted anything, don't know why. About two months ago I dusted off my 10-II and had the sudden urge to spend money on it. So I did, and this is the product of that dent in my bank account:

PL Gladiator body, Tamiya PS-61 Metallic Orange, Spaz Stix Black with Tamiya Flat Clear (yes I didn't mask the rear window, yes I forgot). Not too bad for only my third body. PL RidgeLine bumper, PL KM3s, and Incision KMC Machetes (used a silver paint pen on the rings) as well. A couple weeks ago I tried lights again and bought some pieces from MyTrick RC:

Had to cut off part of the inside of the bumper to fit in that 2", as well as drill some holes to fit zip-ties for mounting the spotlights. But HEY they actually work this time!

As for the recent SCX10-III release, it's leagues better than the II and I don't have enough money to drool over it. I'm still gonna drool over it. I love seeing new releases like that that get everyone excited - good sh*t, Axial, good sh*t.

So yeah, I found myself back in this awesome hobby and I'm not going to abandon it again

That looks great. I love the color choice.

looks great!

I have the same body and am thinking of extending the rear for a bumper... sometimes the body will hit on a rock *cringe*

But i think i'd have to buy like 3 body extenders :(

Oh let me know if you find a good bumper; mine looks unfinished in the rear. Hard to find a good one for the Gladiator because it's so high

Okay, I'm tired of only taking good pictures of the front of my 10-II. The rear of my truck just looks so unfinished because there's no bumper. Not a huge problem for some bodies, but the Gladiator is so high at the back that you can see much of the internals in some shots.

I ordered some inner fenders to combat this a little, but a bumper would help more. I've been looking for a while and can't seem to find one high enough to match the Gladiator's rear end. I can't lower the body any further and don't have the skill/resources to make my own. Any ideas on this one fellas?
