You sure the threads don't have any left over material in them that needs to be shaken out? I know the last few turns are a little tight. |

Be careful when you use shorter screws i wound up pulling the threads on a couple of holes.

Man, I was super stoked to order these but now I'm not going to based on this. Looking forward to more experiences and if this is an issue, hoping SSD addresses it ASAP

We have already updated our stock to include M2.6 x 14mm screws. The stock ones are M2.6 x 16mm (even though the manual says 18mm). I dont think this will be an issue for the majority of the covers out there. Maybe only a few with slightly shorter thread depth or material left in the threads. |
