| Vanquish Brawler Rocker Compatibility
Hi Everyone, I'm really close to completing my kit topped with a JK Wrangler Unlimited body. I want to finish the look with some sick looking rock sliders/rockers and found the Vanquish set for the SCX10. http://www.rpphobby.com/ProductDetai...07093&CartID=4 Would this work with the SCX10 ii rails? Meaning will the holes line up with the body position? I'm a little worried because there is no fore/aft adjustment and Ive already drilled my body holes so if it doesnt line up it's basically $100 out the window. Advice? Thanks in advance! it should work with the rails, since apart from the extra holes for the rear shock hoops, the rails are apparently identical. You'd have to remove the side plates from the 10-2 though, so would have to look for a new place for the receiver etc (since the box is attached to the plate). As far as the body is concerned; I'm not 100% sure. I think the body posts on the 10-2 are positioned slightly different (could be just a width change though). Maybe it'll depend on the wheelbase in some way. |
