Little more work done today. Gluing the windows wasn't as big of a deal as I had worried it would be. Next is to start getting ready for paint, and building the roof rack.

I would have thought to glue windows in after painting, but then I have never had or built a hardbody. Keep up the great work! If you don't mind me asking what did you make the hinges out of?

It's my first hard body, i figured put the windows in before paint got on all of the mating surfaces. I also taped off both sides of the windows before putting them in to keep glue off the window, and so they're ready for paint.

The hinges are made from styrene, and some of the hardware that came with the hardbody.
