I had the same problem and tower hobby change it but it had the same thing. However when I paint it and remove the plastic it was nothing to worry about.

Had the same problem with mine came from rpp I just called axial and they set me a new top

You paid for a brand new body, not a damaged one. Call Axial and have them send you a new one. "thumbsup"

Get through Axial and tell them the problem,probably they will treplace it,no questions asked
