Default Samix parts?

Has any one tried the Samix inner c hubs, I had a set of strc inner c hubs but they has a very small splined section and keep striping my axles.

I think the SSD is just the right weight. Everyone of my builds turn out heavy in the right places but to much is a bad thing IMO.................

One things for sure and that its the price is right on they're parts. Look to be decent quality. Haven't seen them in person. Would more than likely give them a shot later on down the road, but for now, I'm going to go full custom with DLUX. Mr. Erics brass work and other fabrication are really trick in my book, even if some modification is necessary for the 10.2.
*I would also like to add that Samix's "screw-in" style weight system on the knuck/c-hub is a really cool idea that has a clean look to it.

Every time I see the word Samix I can't help, but think of somebody with an accent trying to say "sammich".

I've heard nothing, but good things about Samix so far. I haven't purchased any myself because there are so many other brands out there.

I'm running the Titanium links on my SCX10 original and can't fault them. Steering link gets bounced off rocks often and never an issue asside some scrapes.

I've just received a load of thier parts for my 10.2 but still to fit them

160g brass rear axle weights
Alloy rear lockouts
Alloy knuckles
209g brass front axle weights
brass shock spring cups

Should be good mated to the Xtra Speed axles

I have the brass knuckles with brake disk in the pic above, and i have this coming in the mail.

ALU rear lockout
Brass weights to go on that rear lockout
And then the ALU C hubs to pair with the brass in the front.
And some stainless steel balls for the rod ends.

Would like the titanium links and steering ditto, but that will have to wait a while as i dont know what WB i will be running with new body.

My major concern is what body to run permanently, its not going to be the original jeep one that's for sure.
I cant move much more forward before i figure out what to run.

No i dont think so, maybe just us cheap bastards

I put a SSD 2 speed kit in my car, works just fine though a 35T might be a bit too much, so might go 45T when current motor go Pooooof.

And they do, i put a old 35T in my new car for the maiden drive today, drove 3/4 mile and it gave up the grey smoke of death, so its a brand new 35T i got in it now.

I always like to try new stuff, my record in the same job are 6 years.

I do some times get burned being a early adopter, but that's the price for being outside the box.

I have run the full listing of Samix parts on my SCX10.2 since January 2017 - and I will say after having PUNISHED them, they are as good - or better than anything else coming from overseas (Made in Hong Kong - not China, there is a difference).

I really like the shock towers...they arent scale, but have tons of mounting options. The high clearance titanium links work excellent and have taken all the abuse I could throw at them. The hub/knuckle/weight combo is great, but I have stripped the splines on two stock plastic housings after a couple of hard crashes. A Beef Tube AR44 housing fixed it permanently. The rear lockout/weight system adds just the right amount of weight to balance out the front if you are running the brass knuckle weight. Plus, the new brass knuckles are rad, and the brake disc/caliper setup looks legit and is easily removed for competition. They have a brass AR44 c-hub coming soon, and a few other really cool parts that I cant really talk about yet.

Most importantly Hang, the mind behind Samix wants to make the best parts possible. He cares about the reputation of his company and if you have any problems or concerns he is personally available on facebook.
