| Locked up FI spool and OT shafts
So I purchased some locked up FI spools and OT shafts for the rear to take up the slop. Problem is, I can't get the shafts into the spools. I can force/wiggle them in about half way. With 4mm left to go in, I feel I will damage the differential or axle if I push any Harder. Furthermore, how will I get it out to work on the diff. I know I could probably file the a bit, but should I have to file new parts? The stock shafts fit perfect with no slop. I also shimmed the left bearing to get better mesh. Thanks for any help. The whole idea behind his stuff is zero slop, and yes it requires filing sometimes. I put them in a previous truck I had and they were snug as hell and very difficult to get apart, so slight filing would have helped there. I’d suggest filing down until you’re happy with it.

Thanks guys, Im going to polish them a bit to get a push in fit that does not require a slide hammer for removal.
