I am anxious to see if the Tower ad that mentioned a "Blazer" is correct. Same company so they should know what they're talking about, but you know how that goes.

Instead of offering the nice, two piece body with a cage they cheap out and give you this one piece lexan. Axial fooling people into thinking this is an improvement.

Don't laugh. If they did come out with a VW Rabbit Pickup.... I'd consider picking it up. But the chassis would have to be smaller to be proportional.

I also can't help but be bothered that RC4WD Gladiators look more scale than the Axial's actual licensed Nitto.

It has an all new trans case that is ALL PLASTIC? The front half of the case & the motor plate are molded as one piece.

Metal gears in the trans... They finally caught up to everybody else. Welcome to 2015. And Axial needed it more than anybody in this old style trans. Idler gears. Enough said. RTR still isn't good enough for the new style trans I guess.

The light buckets and included hard plastic scale pieces are nice.

An Axial ESC with more failure points should be interesting.

Machetes are sexy and will be my next aluminum wheels. I could care less about plastic craptastic glue ons.
