Built a fuel cell today. Painted it silver just needs a filler neck going to the cage.

Got some paint laid. Our painter didn't give me quite enough. Another ounce would have done it. I've got primer showing in the door jams and the rockers have to try and get some more tomorrow.

Grills temporarily held in with a dab of glue. Lights got wired up. Glass in she's about ready for a test run...

Right now it comes in at about 7lbs almost on the dot. As for foams as far as I know they are the stock foams that come with the regular size pit bull rockbeasts. They seem to be perfect so far. I haven't gotten it out on the rocks to see though.

I used brake line and silver soldered them together. Bending either by hand or a cheap Bender from the parts store

Did you do something special to your headlight lenses to reduce the "whiteness" of the LEDs?

Nope just warm white leds instead of bright white
