You could go on shapeways. They have links to free software that you can use to design your own parts. Then you can load the file for the part into shapeways and they will print it for you I’ve used tinkercad for some custom parts on my stretched sakura d4 with a Mojave body. There’s a build thread for it in the non crawler section Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

So I made some out of 080 styrene to see how I like it. I don't think I care for it.. I'm gonna mess around with it some more. Might just end up going leafs in the front also Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk |

This was just a quick mock up and a fast print. Is this kind of what you are thinking? Or more stock looking? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I can configure the look anyway you want it. Soon as you can get some measurements and the thread size for the ball end I’ll make the changes. I can print them in black or silver. By the way there is no charge for any of this. I just enjoy doing it. It’s my hobby. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

rear mount is 7.0mm wide Inside Front mount is 6.45mm wide outside Upper hole to rear mount 90mm Lower hole to rear mount 93mm I don't have a rod end I would want to use at the moment I have a picture above of a cut out that is slanted. Also is it possible to make it so that just a swivel ball from a rod end can snap into the rear end instead of a rod end.. so like the rod end built into the link? I really appreciate it Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk Last edited by wcdfmt510; 11-29-2018 at 10:43 PM. | |

Oh that sounds like a challenge and I like new challenges. I have some 5.8mm pivot balls with M3 size mounting hole. Will that work? I’ll start tinkering with it tonight. One last measurement. What is the distance between the upper hole and lower hole on the axle mounting end? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Gonna get back on finishing the replacement bed ..got fine tune the tail light openings.. don't know if I should just mount the rear bumper to the bed or chassis. I also want to make a functional rear hitch. I already have the ball receiver from gearhead rc Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk Last edited by wcdfmt510; 11-30-2018 at 06:52 PM. |

Okay, so I have redesigned the arm to include a ball end. The ball I have measured 6mm in diameter and it is 6mm wide with a 3mm hole. The thickness of the arm is 4mm and has a 50% honeycomb fill. It is super strong. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I had to reduce the width of the arm to get more articulation out of the ball end but I assure you she is strong. Do you have a side pic of how it will mount to frame and axle? I want to make sure it will bolt up. It is 6mm on ball end (may need to shim and 6.25-.30 on the axle end. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Just noticed only problem is the front mount.. it has to be open. See the picture. Unless u are able to make a axle mount for ar44 style axle Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk Last edited by wcdfmt510; 12-01-2018 at 05:17 PM. |

Does the front mount to the axle from the outside? My arm has clearance hole for M3 screws. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
