Default Scx10 ii Cherokee kit 2 speed conversion brushed motor suggestion

I am looking to buy the Scx10 ii Cherokee kit version and want to build in the 2 speed conversion. What turn brushed motor would you guy's recommend for an all around setup? I plan to do alot of trailing and some good crawling as well.

Not looking to run it on 3s. 2s shouldn't be too bad huh?

A 35t motor on 3s (11.1v) is also what i have been running, but i am moving away to a 1 speed setup, something make me unhappy about the 2 speed axial gearbox.
On the other hand i always liked the 2 speed gearbox of my TF2, though 90% of the time i was driving in #2 gear.

I cant say about 2S i have always been running 3S in everything i got.

No not bad. A 35t is a good balance between power and speed, right about the middle of both.

Buy a good brushed motor 27t TrailMaster sport from Holmes hobbies and run only at 3s. Better than 2 speed trans complicated and more likely to fail easily.

Honestly if you are going old brushed, & 2s, the Titan 12t 550 is decent & cheap or the Aquacraft 550. If you are going to spend a lot of money go brushless.
