Traxxas big bore or Kyosho Velvet shocks are my personal favorites. Don't forget to grease ur o-rings with green slime or red rubber grease that's the key for leak free shocks! ![]() |

That’s the worst question to ask. What works great for guy A maybe horrible for guy B. ETC. my scx10-2 Cherokee I ran Traxxas big bore. Stock springs. I think I ran 20w oil. My leaf sprung Gmade I’m running RC4WD Bilstein shocks with 20w oil. My Trailwalker I’m running stock shocks with 30 oil in the front. 40 oil in the rear. But this may not work for the next guy or girl. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I've just been given scx10ii shocks for my injora copy, however, I plan on putting the heavy bodied rubicon body on it. Can anyone reccomend a spring weight please?

I recently went with Traxxas big bore after years and years of using different shocks. Holy Hell i should have jumped on these years ago. I will be using these on everything from now on. |

If you need to choose from the Pro Line-Spec and Vanquish incision, then you should go with the Proline shocks. They can make the smoothest shocks with Single low friction X-Ring Seal. I use INJORA shocks in my crawler. It comes with a CNC-machine aluminium body that can give you a reliable ride. |

PSA if buying TRX-4 take off shocks - the Sport comes with softer (white) springs than the Defeneder and other bodies. What shock oil are are you folks running in the TRX-4 sport shocks? I've got a fairly lightweight comp crawler build. Going to run softer front springs. |
