It depends on what ESC you have - a stock Axial AE5L will put out 3.0A at 6.0V, which is plenty for that servo.

For reference, I recently installed the bigger brother of that servo, the CLS5830HV, which is coreless and 30kg-cm @ 7.4V / 24.7 kg-cm @ 6.0V. It's running well so far on my AE5L ESC and a huge step up from the stock servo.

In retrospect the servo you're looking at would have been just fine for my needs, and also a huge improvement. I'd run it for a bit and see if you need more power than your ESC can provide.

What are you running right now? Servo, ESC? Are you having any issues with them?

If you have the stock TSX45 servo, it already has metal gears. They're less likely to strip than plastic gears if you bind up the servo.

I have upgraded my servo, servo horn, and links, because my rig sees nothing but technical rocks. I was binding up the stock parts and knew I needed a better steering setup.
