| Suspension geometry?
I want to run longer shocks on the front of my scx10ii while using the 3 link. How do I find the correct length I need to make the pan hard bar and steering link? Want to run 100mm max in the front Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Tapatalk |

Set ride height, set pan hard bar.

Remove the panhard and steering link. Put shocks on, center the axle under the frame, then measure for the panhard and steering link distance (hopefully the same/similar... but thats set by mounting locations). Obviously the suspension height can tweak the axle centering if your bars are further from horizontal... so you could try raising the axle side mounts or lowering the frame side. And you'll want the truck weighted and sitting at normal "ride height" when you center it up so that it'll swing one way on compression and the other on droop.
