I wonder Axial is going to offer a conversion for other Scx10 models,it looks like it could easily be done to any SCx10 chassis

“Wallet screams in background”

That is cool and well priced as opposed to some of the other 6x6 offerings out there.

I’m OK with the body but I’d like to see military and Dakar style bodies offered in the future. Builders kit would be awesome too. I guess I will be waiting and seeing what comes down the pipe.

“Wallet calms down........... for now”

They have one up here at Axialfest. I didn’t get an awesome look but there are c-channel extensions for the rear. Maybe keep an eye out for aftermarket. Also an AR-44 output cover for one of the rear axles similar to the AR60 covers that came with the bomber kit. It also goes back to the traditional 3 gear transmission.

So what’s the mystery Axial rig that all the people in the know claim that the 6x6 isn’t?
I’m taking the easy bet & guess it’s the Jeep Gladiator.

I've been pretty curious. Been watching whatever vids I could of axial fest but haven't seen anyone mention it yet.

This looks like an awesome rig with the correct geometry I've been waiting for; I'll definitely be waiting for the kit version and I'll be buying one or two.

Portal axled 1.9 buggy style rig. All new everything it appeared. Had Proline tires and VP wheels in the display as it was a test truck, so we don’t know what the real tires and wheels will be.

That's way more interesting than a 6x6. Any idea when they might make some official announcement?

I was honestly expecting whatever this sneak peek was going to be posted on FB like 2 minutes after it happened. Surprised I had to wait until now to get a summary.

With or without portals, you had me at 1.9 buggy.

Interesting. So Axial is getting into the portal axle game, but not putting portal axles on the unimog knock-offs that should actually HAVE portal axles to be more true to scale. Odd choice.
