This thing is cool as hell!! it deff makes me want to build a scaler that matches my full size crawler! it would end up similar to your setup.. Props man!!!

Bike builders do lots of brazing and hand work on frame joints. Standard practice involves:
Soak with water/wet paper towel to dissolve the flux. Buff with 120 Emory cloth. Tear the cloth into thin strips to work around tiny joints.

Also, this build is way too cool and very inspiring! I appreciate all the tube work and the attention to proportions. Nice to see some Sami’s represented on the scale trail.
