Add weight, keeping CG low...

Hi All, I'm new to Crawling. I have a stock SCX10 II Honcho, and would like to add weight around the axles and wheels, keeping CG low. As I'm new, I'd like to start with budget options. Would Ebay, Atees, etc be any good? Any suggestions (incl. Beadlocks and tyres), with links would be a great help. Thanks for your time.

Beadlocks, stainless links, brass knuckles, brass beeftubes if the axle housings allow it.

Then you can try beef patties (brass weight on the wheel hubs) which is a little more stress on the drivetrain but still non-rotating weight.

After that it gets a bit more tricky.

The cheapest and most effective option I found was to relocate the servo further forward with a mount and install a modified low CG battery tray. Also, switching to aluminum links made a big difference for me. My Deadbolt rarely flips anymore unless it's actually my fault. Looks good, and good suggestion. Where did you get your servo mount and battery tray from?

Both from Amazon. Had to trim the battery tray to fit. It's made for the Cherokee kit with the different transmission and won't fit a 5000mah battery either. I use 2200Mah 3S batteries.
