The fit and finish is superb, and you can make ist work really, really well, even doing things it was never designed with the intention of doing-- like putting TRX-4 locker axles under it. Body is a JConcepts Tucked, the fit is pretty much perfect.
If you want to stay with a C-channel chassis, I don't think you can do better.
  • Vanquish VS4-10 chassis
  • TRX-4 axles
  • Que-T dig gearbox
  • Castle Copperhead + 2850kv Slate
  • Much custom nonsense to cram four servos in there

I agree with the doc.^^^

For the money, the VP chassis kit is hard to beat! It has well made plastics and once it is put together it is rigid.

I purchased a couple of the chassis kits. I used one of them to replace the stock chassis rails and braces on my OG VS4-10 Origin.

As for bodies, you shouldn't have any problem with mounting bodies to it.

do the origin bodies mount right up? I know they are pre-drilled.

Yes, the pre-predrilled holes will line up with the shock towers/body post holes that come in the kit.
