Cool Re: Axial 1955 ford F-100

Bringing up an old thread.

I was also looking into what folks have done to theirs. I can't really find any aftermarket for this truck. No bumpers, sliders, etc. I've found shapeways stuff, but I'm not too interested in those. Seems to be The least supported SCX10 ii.

Hopefully others will post theirs up. I'm interested to see these unicorns

Here is mine after building it

Thanks! I got it during a black friday sale. Figured I'd get it before it was gone.

I also liked the Chevy Blazer body they have. That one has a little more aftermarket parts. Kind of wished I would've picked up a Blazer too.

I always wanted a clear body - but it's PRICEY because of the multiple pieces...

Just didn't care for the factory paint jobs - the grille definitely could use either paint behind the chrome section or maybe even part of it cut away and some detail there.

Factory front bumper is actually kinda cool?

Good to see one out there on the trail!

I didn't know they had clear bodies. I might keep an eye out on ebay for a green or clear body and make another wroncho, but a crawler this time.
