| Pinion change challenge?
For you guys who already have your 10.3's together, how challenging does it appear to do a pinion swap? I have a few rigs where it could be a fast trail job with one tool and others that require some bench time. I decided to stay with the brushed setup I had ready to go for the kit so it'll get a 27t HH Trailmaster motor. I'll have the 2-speed function active and feel the 14t stock pinion may be higher than I need so I'm considering putting a 13t in, but I'd rather not have to tear the whole rig apart if I find out I chose poorly. |

4 screws and, with a little wiggling, the motor lifts straight up & out, with the mounting plate attached. I think any difficulties will really come down to how you route your motor wires.
