The All New SCX10 III Transmission 2-speed + dig is a Marvel and Joy to Build.



Kudos to the Designer having this transmission seated low and forward and able to accommodate a 7T Cobalt Puller -- the Ultimate in TORQUE Brushed Motor for Competition.

Assembly is straightforward as design is Logical, the 2-Speed and Dig/4WD shifts flawless and works. Micro Servos is able to hold position settings, with minimal stress/no heat. Setting yp a 2 or 3 position and assigning Digital Switch is Quick and Easy with the NEW Futaba7PX-R. The Performance of a Cobalt 7T Cobalt Puller and FXR-Pro is Outstanding/Unmatched by any Sensored brushless Combo. Definitely a HUGE advantage for Scale Rigs build for Extreme Performance and Competition.

Just Waiting on the aluminium Servo Horns and Transmission Case to improve on Performance, Precision, and Reliability. ENJOY

The Team Vitavon Racing SCX10 III Housing is precision machined from a solid block of Quality 7075 HD Aluminium. Offered as a complete set - Front and Rear Axles, Brass Portal Knuckles and Brass Portal, and rear axle mount riser without compromises to Design, Quality, Performance and Strength.



We have the capability of creating internal components, and will only do if the need arises. The Stock Kit internals assembly nice and smooth. You will need patiently install bearings as tolerance is set for a tight and secure fit but be assured they do fit.



When all is installed properly (Care not to Gorilla Crazy Overtighten -- use thread lock), the Gear Mesh of the Ring and Pinion is Buttery Smooth Forward and Reverse.

Many say the price tag is Outrageous. 74kg @7.4V is worth every dollar of hard earned money.

There're plenty SCX10 III "upgrades" attractively super cheap by AfterMarket Outfits. But sometimes good enough for the competitive driver/passionate hobbyist. We'll if we're going to create a Transmission housing for the SCX10 III, we shall make sure it will be worthy. ENJOY!

Hi Steve I recently spoke to Arthur about the SCX10 III aluminium servo saver. And he said that this was designed for TRX4 Micro Servo. And there are no plans to make for other micro servo. Apparently, this was just quickly done as requested by a friend. He made a few more, just in case others will want/need them.

For a quick design the Vitavon servo saver certainly is top notch.

That's too bad there is no plans for a micro 25t spline servo saver version as this would have been a great option for people using Reefs 99 micro servos.

UPDATE: There was a recent request for a servo saver for the Reefs at our FB page. I spoke to Arthur and we can do it and accommodate the request of a Team Vitavon Racing Member only at the first opportunity having the Time and Resource, as we have commitment in cue including a RACE Transmission for the SCX10 III.
