Default Knight Customs Gladiator Overland parts set

I was just wondering if anyone here has printed any of the Knight Custom Gladiator Overland parts, or even the JL parts? I'd love to see some pics, or hear general thoughts on the stuff.

Well I printed both snorkels, and the small one fits perfectly, but the bigger one didn’t line up too well. Sorry I didn’t take pics of that one.

I printed the bar fenders , grille insert and the sliders for the JLU. Sorry I don't have pics but they look and fit great.

Second print was the large Pelican case. I think it turned out pretty good.

Here’s a smaller Pelican case.

And the big one again, but hopefully better looking pics.

Default Knight Custom Gladiator Overland parts set

Here’s the Sand Ladder and RTT fresh off of the printer. I’m very happy with how this turned out.

Front fenders are on. First things I’ve printed with PETG, so not perfect, but I’m still happy with how they turned out.

Rear fenders and roof rack have been printed, both in PETG.

Your prints turned out sharp. The pelican cases are eye catching. May i ask which printer you used?

I printed the fenders in Fiberglass reinforced Nylon. Much more clearance on rock ledges and trying to get my wheels as close as I can to an obstacle. Stock fenders just caught on everything

For this hobby, a 3d printer was one of the best investments we (son and I) made!

Thanks. I use an Ender 3 with a glass bed.

I love these fenders, and they're one of the main reasons that I bought this pack. They look good in FRN.

Thanks, appreciate the response. I am beginning to seriously consider the investment. The Ender 3 seems to be the choice around RCC. The prints it produces look excellent

If you don’t mind me asking, what specs did you use on the PLA prints? I have an Ender 3 and I’m trying to get it tuned in just right.

By the way, I love that RTT! it looks great!

I know your not asking me but the specs are going to depend on the specific filament you use and the environment your printer is in. I have some cheap PLA that I run 190-200 and some quality filament that requires 220-230. I almost always run the bed at 65. Each brand, color, and even batch can need adjustments to settings.

I start with the .12 profile, and do some tweaks depending on what I'm printing. This is one of the guides I used when starting out with it. https://all3dp.com/2/ender-3-cura-se...-cura-profile/

It really is trial and error getting it figured out. Like wblteen said, different filament can need quite different settings.

Oh yeah, for sure. The cheap filament that came with my printer was horrible, while my Hatchbox prints amazing, well the prints that I have done, lmao.
