Awesome. The axles look incredible, I just wished they were shorter as I have a tough time finding bodies for the old style. oh well, I'll probably get one anyway as a KOH

wait what is that noise??? Somehow I think the gears are already turning in the minds of alot of the builders out there.. Not to mention the sound of the aftermarket parts machine starting to wind up..
Looks like a fun truck.. cant wait to see what all people start building off of those axles!

I think this looks cool. My question is: How to think it will crawl compared to the ax10? I have really been thinking about a crawler (I have a scx10). It looks like if you could lay down the shocks a little it would crawl pretty good.
Nice job Axial.

You need to worry about weight placement, cog, and a little higher turn motor to crawl.

New truck looks great btw!

Can we get an Axial rep to comment on what existing accessory parts are compatable? I'm specifically interested in the under and over drive ring and pinions, they've made my scaler crawl like a champ!

Looks great.

Having a dig option from Axial is cool to see and I am sure it will be packaged well inside this truck.

XR10 knuckles, C's and lockouts are a nice cross over and give a good perspective of the size of the axle case. The AX10 gearing options are great to see too.

I'll have more than just one of these! Plus the axles will be perfect under my G.I. Joe Jeep

I'm not an Axial rep, but the transmission is a modified version of the Axial AX10 trans, so certain parts will interchange. The knuckles are the same as the XR10. The ring and pinion gears will work, but the new ones have a hole going through the inoput shaft on the pinion gear.

I'm getting one! Is it brushless capable, or did I miss that?

The receiver is, but the speed control is not. The speed control is up high and well protected.

I was also thinkin' about how these axles might work into a 1:5th/1:6th scale build?

Based on what I've seen this morning, I'll admit it - I want one. Damned good looking rig, even with the fugly graphics. That rig would look tough as hell with plain black panels.

I'm also hoping for the full kit. I'm not an RTR fan, at all...

I see a kit version incorporating the SV2 and 14 series CC motor in my future.
