Okay Made a bit more progress over the last couple days. Spent a few hours with Wheels this weekend and got the front bumper finished up. First Wheels cut the base out of a chunk of delrin. This will allow the area of the bumper that gets the most contact to slide over the terrain with ease (at least thats the idea) Next Wheels works his magic with some steel tube. Checking often to make sure the bends are all in the right place. Then the fun stuff, welding it all together. Followed by some paint.    |

Alright, finished filling the extra holes in the body with putty yesterday. Today I got them all sanded down. That's it for the body work. The last thing to get her all finished up for this weekend is the paint.   |

Wheels and I got some progress on the paint last night. It's now laying out drying. I don't plan on mounting the body till tomorrow morning so the paint can cure as much as possible before it gets handled. Here are the pics I snapped last night. While waiting for paint to dry we did hit up my roof panel. Some might recognize this from one of Wheels earlier roof designs. Gotta rep my team ya know       |

While the rig was torn down this week I installed some alum goodies from VP, axle housings and trusses. Topped them off with a new diff cover from RC4WD  A few more teaser pics of the paint before I start loading up the gear for this weekends activities  |

Alright I was finally able to finish the rig up Friday afternoon, just before hitting the road to Desert Mt for a fun filled weekend in the Utah Desert. Hope you enjoyed the build.        |
