I've never had Pit Bulls and have nothing against them but I really do like the Baja Claws. Hopefully these will work as well as the little versions! Quote:
If so, I think sometime in January, but don't hold me to that.

First off I like the MT look. I really like the screw kit also. (After the holidays). But I do have a question. It looks as if the f'n indestructible is f'n backwards? If so I imagine to correct motor rotation. How do you like it and do you notice it in a negative way at all?

I can't get over your dif cover mod. I think there's enough hardware left over from the wheels that I'll be able to do a VP 3d dif cover. Only problem is I can't find it in stock. Grrrrrt

You are observant! That was not done on purpose but I did check the instructions and they are both "flipped" from stock. I did run a competition this weekend that way and no ill effects that I know of. I guess it does add a bit more weight towards the outside so all things being equal probably better to have the ring as close to center as possible. I'll probably flip em back then I put on my new diff covers that I am working on. Last edited by Locked Up; 12-20-2013 at 09:11 AM.

Now that I think about it .... my rear is still factory and is "flipped" as well. I did verify that my manual has them installed the opposite way though. Last edited by Locked Up; 12-20-2013 at 09:14 AM. |

Why you no flip the shock mounts on the axle and drop that bad boy down a bit? First thing I did to mine and it dropped the COG down a good amount and put the front shocks in the rear most hole as well as the rear in the front hole. But besides that, looking great man! Really makes me miss my wraith now..

Slapped an FI Spool and UD gears in the rear and updated the rear cover to match the front. Well almost. I opted for the SS stuff in the back just so I can showcase 2 options. Still need to update some of the hardware back there but it is coming along. |

I have those FI spools on my short order list. As in....next up. Currently putting everything back together going to be able to test out my new MMP/Pro4 combo. Wonder how long my stock stuff is going to hold up....

Good god has it been this long? The Wraith has been down since my FXR let go. I'm also working on something pretty slick for the suspension. Current status: |
