I haven't made the move yet but when I do, I will be putting a brace in there. I have seen many members here put braces there. Some have used plastic. Some aluminum tubes and even one had a block going across.

Hello I am thinking of building the Wraith and would like to see options on installing a dig? Also pro's and con's between the options. I searched and didn't see anything about it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

| Until something better comes along, swapping in a trans case from an AX10 and using a VP hurtz dig is the best option.

| Check out together motor sticky. Also get a new spur and pinion. 87/14 is a great combo for low speed control.

For braces between the upper shock mounts, stock AX-10 upper links are about perfect. Use one of the 2mm thick plastic shims that comes on the parts tree and a couple 3x30mm bolts and wala, cheap stiffness. I'm running these front and rear. I can still sneak my 5000mah 20c 2s pack underneath, but only because I have the upper mount flipped. In the front it won't clear the lid for the stock electronics box. |

I did what "Bender" did... I cut the stock battery tray in half and mounted it up front.. Then I made my own rear plate out of a sheet of aluminum.. I screwed it in the stock battery location.. I made it the full size of all the space available in there.. I then apply Velcro to the entire plate. I put Velcro on my ESC and BEC and stick them there.. I made an extension for my battery plug and ran it on the outside of the passenger seat along the floor.. I bought servo extensions from my LHS for all the leads coming from my RX.. I do this for 2 reasons.. 1. To make it reach, and 2. To allow me to make changes without getting into the RX box.. ESC and BEC programming. Is easy as pie and a servo change takes just minutes..
