the stock screws fit holding the new knuckles to the new c hubs? i thought it would be a machine thread instead of self tapping.
i will have to try to find another bushing.

thanks for the info. much appreciated.

I used the self tapers on 2, and threaded on the others. The both hold fine.

My GoPro HD just showed up. I was going to try and get video tomorrow, but it looks like I won't get out till Thursday. I might shoot a quick video at the house tonight though.

Got the replacement spur gears for my sons wraith yesterday, and Neil is working on my skins. Next up will be new wheels I think. Looking a respun slw v6's...

If you went around the rig one more time, RPP would have had another order! The only thing cooler than the gopro is the wraith and everything the boys are doing with them. My suggestion is to mount the camera lower than what you have now...still on the same side of the rig. You'll capture the wheel travel, the terrain, and the body all at the same time. The drawback to typical onboard is that you (we the viewer) can't change your view to see all the parts functioning. To me, a camera mounted on the top of the rig is like taking your camera and hovering above the ground with a hood attached. I have a video in mind...I'll see if I can link it.
Here you go...the vid by the way is amazing, as is all his vids. Forward to 5 minutes...it's a short capture, but you'll see what I mean.

Yesterday This caught the hood and the full terrain in front. I actually played around with putting it in the seat. I am definitely going to play around with different shots though. You can kinda see the wheel travel in there, but it's to shaky at times, and I need to play around with it to get it where I like it..

Looking good... I mounted my gopro on my wraith... but i just used the suction cup mount on the flat roof... worked out well except it became really top heavy and tipped over alot. I was thinking about using one of the adhesive mounts next time.

thanks.

That mount is the helmet mount, I think with some tweaking, I can fit it in the cab.... We will see, I need to get out an shoot some more video this week if I can.
