Got the front end done:

Weight of the bare chassis: 675g's. The Wraith plastic chassis weighs around 380g's. Hera's bare chassis, with a servo mount, weighs 985.

Rear done:

Compared to the stock chassis:

Cleaned up a bit:

BLACK:

Tomorrow morning I'll be painting the panels and doing final assembly, and It'll probably go on Ebay this weekend. I'll post up!

Still leaning toward metallic red panels.

Thanks for looking!

Amazing job. What is the figurine you have & can you tell a little more about the RHD conversion??
Did you cut & shut the dash?

The driver is Faith from Buffy. I just chopped the passenger side of the interior off- no other modding.

Thanks!

Great concept and execution Ryan. Not sure how'll better Hera, though. I show people the video of Hera clearing that table top loading dock all the time, one of my fav vid clips of all time. Your builds are always inspiraring(sp) to me. What voltage battery did you run in TTC mud pit?

How much $ is that tubing you're using? I also hate brakeline and the cromoly is getting too pricey at $20+ for 6 feet.

Thanks! I run 6S Lipo in Hera at all times.

I was getting the tube for $5 a stick a while back, but it went up. I dont know what it costs now, I'm still going off my old purchase. A stick is like 5 feet.

Thanks for the side by side of the chassis' Sick work. Some lucky bum is going to be in hog heaven with this rig. Please post the ebay link. I'd be curious to see the after battle price. Can't wait to see the body panels!

At least it doesn't have a stinger on the front.

Definitely needs some shorter shocks.

Sick! My only critique is the driver...she's hot, but scales out to about 4 foot 1! How dare I nitpick on this build! The black and red is awesome and the pics are perfect. Thumbs way up!
