Pro 4 then. I've seen those things cook on open dirt and do just fine in the slow crawling as well. I would get it if I hadn't already have this good setup.

MMP Pro4 3300 is a beast! Runs cold, runs long, crawls insane but hauls arse. I'll verify my gearing if you like. Using lowest ratio HD diff gears too.

Thanks guys, sure Joel that gearing info would be great!

Forgot about another option the Trinity revtech, I have heard good things, just not sure the best kv for what I want, they offer the revtech in a 3800kv as its lowest option.

MMP Pro 4 3300 13/43 HD diffs F/R, 15/56 3s.

Very good low end crawling resolution and wicked torque and top end. No boost active via the ESC.

Love this setup. Zero complaints at all. Just replaced my tranny bearings after one year. Some wear but could have gone longer. I'm not easy on her either.

Don't get the Pro4, 4000kv. It's kinda overkill on 3s, even geared down. Trust me.

Hmm so maybe the revtech 3800kv is too much?

I can't imagine the low speed resolution would be very good. Maybe I would be surprised though. I run a 3400kv and can't really see a need to be any faster.

The 4000 is way to much.

I would stick with something below 3600kv as well.

The beauty of this beast is that you can gear it higher and smoke wheelies and it won't care. Your packs won't like it though due to wicked amp draw.

Yeah you better have some healthy packs. My wraith has puffed quite a few lipos.

The 4000kv had good lowend but was geared at 9/54 or something crazy like that. Still was uncontrollable when on the throttle.

I had orginally bought it for the wraith Monster Truck I built, that got sold, so I put it in the wraith. Cool story, I know.
