| Axial motors
Anyone know what max rpm have brushed motors from Axial 20T, 27T and 55T? I wrote to Axial support. Here is reply: Unfortunately at this time that info is not available. |

They are stock Axial motors, they are not all that good. If you want good motors, look at Brood,Holmes,or Jpcustoms. They do motors your way and will answer almost any ?? You might have about there products.

I remember some of the old racing guys talking about this when brushless motors started taking over. If I remember correctly, a 27T brushed was roughly equivalent to a 17.5T brushless. For a while, the local on-road track allowed either 27T brushed or 17.5 brushless in the "stock" classes. From what i've seen, a 17.5T range is about 2700-3000 kV. I guess you really won't know until you smoke a few trying to run 4s. Then you will know you went too far...
