It's coming. Future mother in law was in town all weekend so it slowed me down a bit.

Decided to get up early today and come to work. 30 minutes later there was a centered diff housing sitting in front of me. No extra parts involved. Stock width. Press fit with no bonding agent and uses the pre drilled holes in the tubes for the set screws for added insurance. This axle served as a guinea pig for what will soon be coming to a screen near you. Wraith Titan 60 housings.

Picked up rear axle shafts last night.
Titan 60 axles will feature an aluminum pumpkin and steel tubes. No more bolts attaching link mounts and cross-members. Going for ultimate strength and scale.
Showed Eddie from Crawler InNovations the proto plastic housing last night and he couldn't believe how strong it was. I should have both of my housings done this weekend and ready to send off to have the cross members welded on.

I doubt it because they run the same carrier and gears. I shave and plate my housings so that I can still run a good performing 5.5 tall tire and have the same ground clearance as the big bouncy tires.

That is Awesome Clay! Great news! What will be the width compared to stock AR60, and AX10?

As much as I love my XR10'd, beef tubed, ax10's they still have plastic link mounts - And that is their downfall.

These are gonna sell like Hot Cakes

I'm not gonna be producing them. They will be special request only.
Mine are stock Wraith width, but they can be as narrow as the pumpkin for a drag car or as wide enough to use in a short course truck or large scale build. They are pricey. You have to buy two aluminum housings of your choice. If you do a centered diff, you have to have custom shafts made or buy two sets of shafts and modify them. So right there you're looking at $200 + just to get started for a pair. Plus machine work. These are for the big boys or girls(Chicklet). You can reuse cross members and link mounts to save money.
Mine are going to Jerry @ DMG for ultimate scale.

I've got some pre broke in tires that I've been hunting down coming in the mail also that should scale it up also.

Thinking there needs to be an ultra4 class developing soon. Especially after seeing the progress Harley keeps throwing out. Definitely keeping me motivated to push my rig and wallet to broke.

No sir. Haha. I'm just trying to involve as many vendors as I can on this build to show the love and what everyone has to offer. Besides, I've got plans for you young man.

Started machining new crossmember for my rear axle. Main piece is done, now for the upper link mounts.

And it looks like I got more goodies coming on the mail today.
