Default Duty's Short Bus Bronco

Here are some quick pics, the first is 2 hours after I got it, .020 thousandths aluminum coated yellow! The second is when I got it home and gutted the electronics out of it. I am going to try to match the yellow and paint the outside of the hood. I'm keeping the stock shocks for now, I took them apart and worked on them. I added losi gold springs to all 4 and they feel 100 times better than before I worked on them. Fliped the bottom shock mts.

Water proofed BRXL will be installed tomorrow with a cheap motor for now.

More to come later.

That's nice! Todd was showing me those pictures last night! Whenever I get my buggy built and Todd gets a wraith we need to go crawling!

Thanks, looking forward to it.

I got my ride height where I want it and got my wheels and tires in today so tomorrow will be the first day driving it on the rocks/dirt/water. Should be a blast.

I like the color, not too dark. Now the banjo is an origianal item I have not seen before.

Thanks, Mcmaster decided the color for me, I thought I was just getting .020 thousandths aluminum and it ended up being color coated for different thickness. It is like a thin powdercoat. The banjo is kinda if you can't make fun of your self who can ya thing. I'm from West Virginia originally and I just go with it.

Back to the truck. I took it out Sunday and what a blast, I ran it for about 15 minutes before I blew out a C. Great steering angle...

I have some things up for sale so, vp steering will be on soon. Still anxiously waiting for my mg200 servo winch front bumper. I'm tring to get this ready for a G6 we are holding in SC in a few weeks.

I decided to do a little cutting today. (Vertec is a bad influence) Also waiting on my vp goodies and mg200 goodies. I should have my upper shock mounts/risers made by the time everything arrives. The last pic is of my other great accessory, my barrel 1/2 full of Woop A$$ located close to driver for easy access.

I got the rear cage how I want it and I made some rear upper shock mounts to help lower the rear. I'll move the battery up front asoon as I get a few more things in the mail.

Duty I have been down there at least 5 times since we went out there and still no signs of the MIA shotgun. Just another sacrifice to the crawler gods I guess
