I've just about finished the suspension/linkage/steering upgrades, and the new beadlocks will be here tomorrow so they will get mounted up and on the truck. The last thing on the list is a rebuildable motor. I'd prefer to stay with the stock ESC for the time being, and I'm not looking for huge gains in performance; the bias of driving types with the stock setup is good for me right now. I don't want to lose too much torque, although I would like a "little bit" more top end. Looking for opinions on different bushed motors...I'm going to have to order it anyway so I'd like some options to look at more closely TIA |

HH torquemaster 21t motor. It has great low end and just the right amount of top end for me. i run this with stock gearing on 3s. i also bought a HH br-xl and used the wraith esc in another truck. i love this combo and you could start with just the motor like you wanted to. This was my first quality motor I had ever had and its a awesome gain for the money. Just my 2 cents!
