Thanks! No wiz on the workbench, I've already claimed that area so she knows better.

Awesome build for sure!
It may look alright, but I am sure it wont have the same power you are installing in yours

Mounted the fairlead last night. I cut up a piece of aluminum angle and mounted it to the existing holes on the Wraith bumper (the ones for the lights).

I will paint the aluminum mount I made black to blend in a bit better.

Next I need to finish up the lighting and seal up the electronics box. Might mess with the gearing a bit too.

Started by cleaning up the workbench a bit. Too many projects going on at once and not enough time to finish any of them

Finished the winch. Painted my fairlead mount black to it would blend with the bumper. Also added a rod end to guide the winch line and make sure it always stays on the spool.

I then decided to mount the extra 5" MadDogRC prototype lightbar that Chino gave me under the hood. Not exactly sure how I am going to mount it yet, its only setting there for the pics.

Should be enough light for Axialfest though

Holy LEDs! That winch setup is awesome, I might have to move my receiver box to the back and try to get something like that setup!

Not sure... It ran for a bit after that. I think the RX got wet so it should be fine now that it has dried out

Video coming soon

Not sure if it comes in silver or not? This one was an early sample from VP for testing. Still going strong

Attended the SoCal G6 last weekend. Had a blast!

Finally picked up a driver... Long overdue. Also had to make a canoe for the G6 as its impossible to find one in a toy store

Not much else has changed. I have a small electrical issue I need to sort out with the winch

Nice build. Good to know about the need for a beefer BEC (or two) for 4WS. I was thinking of doing that.

Install was smooth and painless

Another excellent product from VP. Been using these for about 2 weeks now and I love the new axle design with the delrin skid. The old VP AR60 aluminum housings got hung up a lot more compared to these.

Oh so you do still play with toy trucks

I'm not jealous at all that you have had those for two weeks or anything...

Oh yeah, I finally realized I have more fun playing with them than sitting on RCC typing about them. Who'da thought...

Just looked back, I have actually had them for a month now if that helps?
