I have a 35T motor with 13/87 and it runs awesome and does not overheat on 2cell.

When I was running my 28 turn crawlmaster I was gearing it 56 11 and it worked well without over heating. With that motor if your going to re gear I highly recomend switching to 32 tooth gears. With all that torque on hand my stock gears gave up the ghost fairly fast.
