Default Hardened pins for Wraith universals

Good afternoon all,

I have the universal axle shafts for both of my Wraiths. On my Wraith #2 I lost one of the hardened pins for the universal so I had to steal one from my other set.

Any idea where I might get replacements for these?

Thanks in advance!

Ken

McMaster sells quite a selection of dowel pins....just measure the ones that you have and order some up.

Cool...I use McMaster Carr for my heat shrink tubing, didn't think about them having pins like this.

Since I don't have the ability to measure the diameter, does anyone know what that measurement is? I can get the length easily but the diameter is a bit more difficult since I don't have a mic...

Good call on the drill bit, didn't think of that.

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but mine came out when I was running with max turning capability. When I replaced the pin I backed off on the steering a little, the tires were hitting the chassis in a full turn...that's the only thing I could think of that would cause it to break...no other way, that I can think of, to lose the pin.

I wonder if a T-Maxx pin would fit
Hmm Makes me curious to the point of checkin it.
