For us Canadians this guy is cheap if you don't have LHS close. 4" Servo extensions. I used one for my ESC that I moved to the rear. I didn't need it but added so if I wanted to program the ESC I could just disconnect from extension and not have to open Rx box all the time.

Here is the box from Radio Shack that I use. They also have a longer version if you need more room.
