Sorry for takin' so long lads! Time fly's by when you're havin' fun. Decided to weld an clean it all up before I took pics.

Made the rear end 3 times an didn't like it. But finally got it down with the old mans help.

Just some zip ties for now to hold the shocks on to get an idea where they will be placed.

Got the sides welded up an half way finished. After the lower rear end is done I'll be movin' on to the front shock towers.

About as square as I could get it.

Need to out board the shocks on the axle maybe.. Going to be using 118mm ProLine slash shocks with half droop set up.

This rig is guna be so crazy. With all of the nutty parts list going into this rig it's going to be unbreakable..

till Buddah drives it....

Aw man that's awsome. This is gonna be sweet when it's done. I've been watching tim cameron videos on youtube for the past few months. He's nuts when it comes to driving his rigs. I'm gonna shoot for a 1:1 buggy like that this summer. Probably only tube chassis this summer and running gear threw next winter. So by 2013 i should have a complete buggy to go mudding with. LOL
Keep up the good work. I'll sub to this thread for sure.

While the southern buggy jungle gym really isn't my thing, I can definitely appreciate the work & skill that goes into building one. Nice job, keep up the good work

We looked at it... The plastic gears has no chance with me at the controls. If they offered a metal gear upgrade, it might be an option. The EXO buggy cover looks to be the way we will be going.

Got some more welding done on it yesterday. Didn't get it ground down or anything.
Not much to really put pictures up for ether. Pretty dang sick right now.
No work on it today or maybe even tomorrow.

Why does sick always come up on good progress?

If its still in question, the pro4 that Harley mentioned is the way to go! I run that in my plow boy build on a mamba max pro, and love the wheel speed. Running a Disruptor planetary (16:1) to a .75:1 disriptor t-case. I kinda would like even more speed, but kinda impossible with the current set-up and be able to keep the temps down.

It's still up in the air for a motor right now. Fast with a lot of power is what we want. Real fast. A lot of low end too.
