Default What shocks are you using?

I know this has been done before but plan on doing a level3 lowering kit. Seen some guys using traxxas 2660 or 2661 shocks, if you are using anything besides stock shocks please post.

I'm using Rear 6063 Pro-Line shocks all the way around, and removed my level 3 lowering kit. I did not need it after the shocks were installed and placed in the right spot, that lowered the wraith enough.

IMO stay away from L3 stuff, just another integy wanna be gimmick.

I use the stock shocks and they are about perfect.

Traxxas aluminum big bore for the Emaxx/Tmaxx. They are perfect for lowering and I love the feel of the soft red springs they come with. I also run the stock shocks and if built well, they are great.

I run the Pro line powerstroke in the stock locations. Great shocks.

I run stock fronts, with Wheely King rears on a custom raised tower to greatly increase rear flex. I use mine strictly as a crawler though. I am stock in the front for now, working on a plan for the front that does not involve cutting the hood.

I am running venom creeper shocks with losi golds and 40 wt shock oil and getting amazing results for crawling only. Side hills ok but climbs verts that give my comp crawler hell. Running 1 lead strip per front wheel with rock grabbers.

Reely 10cm alu, rc4wd scale shocks ( the ones that look like foxes)with 2000cpl diff fluid as damper oil. On my 3rd wraith, i'll just use the stock ones with the valves, shotened to 9.5 cm by putting some fuel-tubing on the piston rods inside the shocks.

Mind You, I hardly crawl, it's all trail-blazing with low turn motors 6.5 to 8.5

For crawling, I can heartily recommend the HotRacing airshocks with soft inner spring an a few drops of 10wt inside. Cheap, bloody strong and look magnficent!

I'm using GMade TS02 90MM shocks with internal soft springs-they look great, give a nice ride height and perform well in all conditions.
