Default Question on Vanquish lower links

I see that the Vanquish lower suspension links are bent but does it give more clearance over a straight aluminum link? It looks like the links are bent in towards the driveshaft instaed of bending up like a high clearance link. Does this have advantages over a straight link?

Hitting the stronger links instead of a weak plastic driveshaft, is one off the top of my head. my driveshaft has some nice dents scratches and dings in it from using stock links.

It gives a better angle for the rod ends at both the axle and skid side. This allows for your truck to flex easier due to the fact that it has a full, unobstructed, range of motion through the suspension cycle.
