Default Replacement Axial AS-2 Servo Gears???

I have dumped an irresponsible amount of cash into RC in the last few months (Cars, Crawlers, Planes...), and my drunk roommate smashed my Wheely King, into my Wraith, and manage to break both cars (The WK's servo horn, and body, and the Wraiths servo gears). With my Castle BEC @ 6V, the AS-2 is manageable for now. Is there a way to buy replacement gears until I can get a real servo? I have searched and have come up empty handed. I have heard rumors that it is a re-badged Futaba? Thanks for any assistance!

the original is made by a company called blue bird, from what i have been told.. and better to just drop some dough on a new one rather than try to salvage a stock pos.. you can always try to flip the gearing also to get you up and running.

I have a couple of those. Work great for a wench servo but will not turn the wheels on my 1.9 unless it's already moveing.
Put one in my rig as a temp fix till my Hitec 7954 came in and it was pitiful.

As others have said, the stock axial servo is junk rite outta the box and the best fix for those is strait into the trash.

I use this Savox in my wraith, with 277oz@ 6v it works great! fast and strong!

i recently had to go to an alum. servo arm because of it stripping plastic arms.

I have an AS2 laying around. It glitches a bit-probly from being in water and snow. $15 shipped if you wanna rebuild it and use it for parts.

Thanks for suggestions. I think I am just going to pull the trigger on a new servo. My buddy is happy with a Hitec one he got for around $100 with Titanium gears. Forgot the Model #, but he has had no issues since, and has been running it a while now.

A Hitec, 5955,7955,7950, or 7990 will be on that rig for years.
