I did this mod and took it a step further. Once I cut the extra bars off the roofs center section I bolted it back in only reversed. Now the front points to the back and normally where the front curves down and comes to a point, I just bent the stock roof panel down and cut it to a point like stock in the front. I'll try to get a pic up showing what I mean. Came out great, I just now need to decide weather to strap in a spare tire or not. | |

Here's an attempt at some pics.Kinda surprised how well they turned out considering there from a cell phone. Where the down bars in the back reattach to the lower cage at the bottom I filled in the seems with a plastic epoxy. Once I hit it with some flat black touch up paint over the epoxy it should look like the cage and down bars are molded together. I've still got to make another rear hatch/cargo cover. The one currently on it doesnt fit as well now and has cut outs in it for the small bars that were removed. Steve is getting lazy, he thanks all he has to do is drive but he needs to learn how to clean windows. That windshield is filthy. |

Thanks, I think it looks more like a 2 seater buggy now, that long stock roof makes them look like a station wagon. Last edited by transambill; 02-18-2012 at 09:58 AM. Reason: added pic |

DiabloCrawler I really like that mod!! I have to do that to my Wraith too. How long did it take you? Is it easy enough for a rookie to try? That looks so much better than the stock Wraith look.
