Default What lipo discharge rate do i want

I have a MMP esc with bec and a tekin 13.5 pro 4 brush less motor and i am runing 3s battery now but don't really know what c rating to buy. I am looking at a 30c or 40c 4400 to 4600 mah battery now. What should i do.

30C should be just fine on either of those packs.

Easy to figure out what any LiPo can handle amp-wise.
Multiply the amp-hours by the C rating to get the max amp draw. In Quartermaster's case...4.4x30=132amps. More than enough for a Wraith.

slower draw down better than just putting a 10 ohm resistor on it.
