The newest addition for the Wraith. Got these BN 100mm King external resi shocks off another member for a killer deal. Hopefully get them on tonight |

Got the shocks installed last night before bed and got to test them out during my lunch break. Gonna take a bit of getting used to since I adjusted my driving style for the longer shocks. getting used to the feel again though. They work great. Here's the install pics, now just need to get some action shots. Still need to get my hands on a Pro Rock front. |

Been running the shocks for a couple days. They are working great and provide just enough flex. I'm starting to think about a new scale tire for winter. I'm torn between the Iroks and grooved Boggers.

The iroks won't have enough tread to throw snow fast enough. Grooved boggers would be the better choice.

My only concern with the Boggers is how narrow they are. They may dig down to fast, the snow is soft around here. I know how the Iroks work, nt never personally used Boggers. Just don't want to have to spend money twice if the Boggers don't work.

If your worried about sinking then maybe you could try out the rock beast xor's. They aren't the most scale option, but should float well.

I used to have a set. I'm looking for scale, the Pits do ok, just trying to see if there are any better for snow. The Iroks are wide and do work pretty good also. But I'm looking for the best performing snow tire.

Took the drive lines off and apart to service and opened the diffs to add some grease. As a testament to the traxxas bushings I used as the outer pinion bushings, here is a pic after almost 2 months of use. They are holding up great. Cleaned them off and they look brand new. |

It's awesome. Acres and acres of riffles, hills, holes and creative trails. I could spend a week there and not cover it all.

Been working on some inner fenders for the front to hide the battery in its new lower location. Didn't have enough lexan do do a full length piece, but this is a start until I can go to my LHS. |

Took me long enough, but I finally got the VP lower shock/link mounts. The last bit of VP bling for these axles. Not sure when but they'll be going down the road and a set of Curries will be coming my way. Also got a set of the scale jack stands. This build is gonna go dead for a few weeks since I'm redoing my shafty with the xr mod done to the axles and possibly a new chassis. |

| Re: my new wraith (progression) I have used boggers and they do dig down fast and the rig gets high centered in a few seconds....I now run the iroks and they work great, no fast dig down, they do clean out very well in the snow and they also do something i would never have believed without seeing it...they work excellent on hard packed snow and ice! climbs like they had spikes lol...

I've already tuned them to the point that they work killer, just want to try a couple different spring rates with the current set up.
