I'm thinking it needs a delrin skid like the new VP Pro Rock axles. I love everything about my rig, but the stock panels. I need to decide which Dynamic Concepts body to get for it. Was hoping I could hold out until he made an FJ40, but I don't know how much longer I can wait.

Got my second king kong tow shackle yesterday. I also got my RC4WD order. Another pair of scale flanges, a pair of Ballistic Fab diff covers and a spare drive flange tool. Also waiting on my Wraith MIP drive lines. Also waiting on a MMP. Also really, really thinking about a Pro Rock for the front.

Didn't lose any flex at all. Still works just the same as when I had an axle mounted servo.

Curious how the v knuckles have been doing. Those where supposed to be a heavy duty replacement to withstand high horsepower bashing abuse.

I love your front diff cover.

Would love to see the Currie pro rock 70 on the front secialy so you can compare to rc4wd rear.

The VP knuckles? They are holding up great. Had one issue with stripping 1 out but tgatcwas totally my fault. I'm getting ready to get rid if the VP covers and install the more scale Ballistic Fab covers. I also got my MIP Wraith drive lines so my AX10 can have its drive lines back. Need ti order a Dinky drop box next. But I just got laid off yesterday. So it may have to wait a while.

Rigs all fixed. Went and beat on it some more today. Really liking this with the slipper tightened all the way down. Still ha r t even gotten the Pro4 warm yet, and the performance of the pits is getting better and better. I think I need to order the CI firm foams though.

On a side note I'm almost certain my unemployment was short lived. Buddy of mine is getting me on at FedEx. Just not sure when I get to start.

Yeah, that's why I did it also. Not even big rocks or bound up and it would slip like crazy. I need to get out and see how it does. I just don't want to break my front shafts.

If parts ain't flying its because I can't afford to replace them. Haha. Plus all this VP stuff is proving to be very tough even with the Pro4 at work.

Much happier with the slipper cranked down. Less slippage on take offs and no slippage when crawling. The Pits pulled some incredible lines today a few near verticles and also pulled some pretty sweet saves. Loving this motor more and more every time I take out the rig. All VP parts are working flawlessly through all of the abuse I can throw at them.

Not as broke as not having a job. lol. Nah, I'd buy them over any other product again in a heart beat.

If it wears the slipper out and it starts slipping again, I'm just going to put super glue on the slipper pad and stick um back together.

I weighed the RC4WD Ballistic fab cover vs the VP cover. The RC4WD weighs 8g and the VP weighs 9g. So not a whole lot more material on the VP. We'll see how it hold up over time but it's doing great so far. Took a heck of a beating today, even a couple of full sleep oopsies into some rocks.

3 hours of beating, slamming into and scraping over rocks. Only a couple of dings.

Got bored tonight and did some more grooving on the old Baja Claws. Hoping to go try them out tomorrow, but not sure if I'll have time.

Got a chance to test out the Claws. They work much better than before and pulled some great lines, but still don't even touch the Pits. Going to try them out in some trail bashing and hill climbs tomorrow to see if they're more at home there. Bet they'd work great in the snow, to bad it's all melted or I'd ho give that a shot also.

Been busy working again, and my son was born. Life can't get any better. Started messing with my crawlers again this weekend and need to make another order now. Pro rock front axle and some scale goodies. Also need to find a new body, I'm sick of the sticker.

Been out wheelin a few times recently. Just waiting on the funds for a pro rock front and the time to put it in. Still trying to decide on a new body also, dinky drop box is on its way to.
