Default building wraith axles from parts

Anyone got a list of quantity/sizes of parts needed for this?

I figured I'd just build them from the ground up, as I will be doing lots of upgrades to them, SS screws, new bearings, VVPs, etc. Time I get done they will be stock housings + homemade beef tubes and lots of aftermarket.

I got a list started, I couldnt find anything online, I thought about making a real nice list if there isnt one.

Spools, gears, (pins, eclips) bushings for knuckles etc.

RC screws is $36. I bet I can find all these screws for under 10 bucks for the axles. (I can make a list, and where from)

I already go teverything VP possible, besides housings, I'm going to run stock with tubes to save cash for building a bulletproof tranny.

I am doing the same thing. First I got a Wraith instruction manual. I bought a paper version off of Ebay, but you can download it off the Axial website. It has a list of what you need. Then I combined a little of Harley's Bulletproof Wraith and Kyles Unemployment Wraith. And went from there.

The kit instructions in PDF are the best IMO. I don't know that anyone has consolidated the list for different components though.

Here is the list of whats on mine:
VP truss,chubs,lockouts,knuckles
Chaotic steering 4 bend & drag link
SDS Super 300hd's (When i get them)
CBRB Custom Titanium axle shafts for the rear
Axial hd gears front and rear
Wraith beef tubes
Fast Eddy bearing kit
Dlux knuckle bushing
and since they are attached VP V1 SLW 1" with Iroks!!!

Same as you I didn't want the VP cases as I think they would get hung up more then the plastic. I consider my axles to be pretty bomb proof now!!!

Where did you get the Ti rear shafts?

I'm thinking of stock rear for now, til they blow and go 4ws.

I got all VP parts minus truss (I need to buy one seperately, as I'm going 3link/panhard front. I got VPP front shafts, fast eddy bearing kit.

I'll get my screws locally, and make my own beef tubes if I can find steel that is 9mm OD.

pretty similar to whta you're doing

Here ya go for the axles http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/axles...le-shafts.html he makesthem. I should have mine any day now. The only reason for going with titannium is so they don't bend anymore!!!

SDS fronts axles will be very nice to get my hands on!!! Super 300/300HD's
