Default drag link shape with vanquish cms?

just installed the vanquish servo chassis mount and cant find the right drag link shape to make it work . it wont turn right with the left front tire rubbing the fender cause it pulls on the link .
how did you make your setup work?

Pic of your issue? Changing the link shape won't change it's travel, the "Eye to Eye" has to be correct and the bends can be added to keep the rod ends from binding. The rest is in your servo arm/axle geometry.

My question too, you need the panhard if you move the servo.

i did not install the panhard, of all the scx i saw with the same setup, cant recall of one with a panhard so..
i think its more of a geometry problem cause even driving on a plain terrain, no flex, the smallest rock or ruts will dictate the wheels to turn left or right and im running a jr 425oz .
ill try to put a pic tonight

Yes, more of a geometry problem....that's what was stated above. You NEED a proper panhard with CMS or you WILL have bumpsteer and all the steering throw problems as stated in this thread.

Steering and suspension are all applied geometry and physics!

It seems that panhard bar is the solution then. Is the flex will be affected?

Probably, but depends on your current setup. If you want scale go with CMS and panhard.

Don't care, want flex and zero bumpsteer, then go with axle mounted servo and four link. Or you can go with 3 link and you'll get some axle walk (side to side movement) through range of travel....how much depends AGAIN on your totals setup.

Thanks natedog , your input is appreciated. I'm running 2 setup with my wraith, crawler and formula basher , I'm running a kinetic esc with a 13.5 ballistic and 2 set of 32 pitch depending of where I'm playing so I think I'm going to stick with the axle mount servo and put the CMS on ebay. What do you think of sway bar from HR. Will it be a good addition for what im doing
